Awesome place with great amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped return my lost documents, which I'll always remember. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for Xmas!

There were no amenities like complimentary water or toiletries, and the staff's attitude was uncaring when I brought up my concerns. I had to deal with a complete electrical failure one night, forcing me to pack my bags in pitch darkness while the staff offered no assistance.

This good hotel boasts an unbeatable location in a lovely neighborhood with charming cafes. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, offering all the basics for a comfortable stay. The easy access to metro and bus stops makes it easy to explore the sights. I'd happily return on my next visit!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service

The staff's lack of empathy was disheartening, especially during the power outage. After trying to pack in the dark with no assistance, we decided to leave early and found a much better hotel nearby. Avoid at all costs!

Had a lovely 3-night stay! The rooms are super cute and modern, seemed like home. The location is ideal, perfect for exploring the area. The staff was warm and cute, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit too rough for my liking, but otherwise, it was awesome! Totally enjoyed the in-room breakfast too.

The shower head lacks a wall attachment for comfort!!! Staircase navigation is tricky for older guests!!! Rooms feel devoid of character and could use more unique decorations!!!

Great location close to metro and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and good heating. Free toiletries and hairdryer were a plus too. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants and delicious cheese. Staff was super helpful.
